YeshID IAM platform release notes

This release improves access reviews, workflow automation, provisioning, HRIS imports, and non-human identity visibility. Admins get clearer decisions, broader integration coverage, and fewer manual steps across access governance.

Highlights

  • Run access reviews in Audit v2 by default, with reusable campaign templates, health status, deadline reminders, owner notifications, approval notes, CSV exports, and clearer evidence tracking.
  • Manage application access with roles, including role imports, role assignment during provisioning, role-based workflow branches, and role-specific RBAC policies.
  • Keep workflows moving with stronger task ordering, fewer stuck states, clearer task dates, improved saved views, failure notifications, and better dynamic workflow handling.
  • Review non-human and shared accounts with owner-aware account mapping and an admin access graph for users, app accounts, bot accounts, directory identities, OAuth clients, scopes, roles, and provisioning status.
  • Build and publish scripts with in-editor documentation and a force-publish option for cases where third-party app tests cannot reasonably pass.

Improvements

  • Connect more identity data through HRIS and directory integrations, including manager data, custom fields, Microsoft office location, provider-aware welcome emails, Paylocity imports, JumpCloud provisioning, Ramp roles and managers, and Calendly setup.
  • Review user imports before applying them, with remapping, sample values, reusable import sessions, and append or replace options.
  • Give Slack and Teams users access request options that better match the web app, including visibility for apps already being provisioned during onboarding.
  • Route new application requests through a custom workflow template, giving admins more control over requests for apps not yet managed in YeshID.
  • Navigate audit and provisioning screens more easily with clearer RBAC monitoring help, improved selectors, updated saved view controls, and more readable audit status displays.

Fixes

  • Reduced workflow friction from missing failure notifications, stuck provisioning states, duplicate onboarding access requests, dynamic task deadlocks, and incorrect workflow date sorting.
  • Fixed integration and provisioning errors for Microsoft license locations, Microsoft custom fields, Paylocity terminated employees, Atlassian lifecycle actions, OAuth setup, custom mapping responses, and directory group failures.
  • Fixed access review issues around owner permissions, remediation completion when access was already removed, evidence uploads, snapshot files, and role naming.
  • Fixed UI issues in login error display, Google transfer options, event log expansion, approval filters, table pagination, comment boxes, and narrow-browser selector behavior.
  • Improved workflow and directory task error messages so admins can better understand what went wrong.

Availability

  • The script editor is available on Business plans.
