Release note December 2025

December 30, 2025

What’s new in December 2025: faster access control in your IAM platform

December focused on reducing admin work in YeshID’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform—especially for IT & Security leaders at mid-sized businesses. The theme: safer automation, clearer access visibility, and fewer broken flows.

TL;DR

  • Fix access drift faster with better Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) change previews and remediation workflows (Beta).
  • 🧩 Stage workflows before they run so you can review changes and start them in bulk when you’re ready.
  • 🔎 Improve access visibility with stronger drift views and better directory group membership handling.
  • 🔗 Connect and manage more apps with new integrations (HubSpot, Zoom, Ramp, Asana) and improved SCIM support.
  • 🧼 Smoother day-to-day UX: more reliable filters, faster selectors, and clearer workflow emails.

RBAC Policies — preview changes and fix drift faster (Beta)

RBAC Policy updates are now easier to manage in one place. When you edit a policy, changes are batched and saved together, with a preview of the new drift those changes would create.

You can also remediate drift per application using a Fix Drift flow that creates a change request workflow with the right add/remove steps. That makes it faster to turn drift findings into action.

How to try it

  • (Access → RBAC) edit a policy, then review and save changes.
  • In drift reporting, open an application and choose Fix Drift.

Staged workflows & triggers — safer automation you control

Workflows can now be created in a Staged state, so they don’t run automatically while you’re testing or reviewing changes. You can also bulk select workflows to start staged ones or delete test runs quickly.

Workflows now show what triggered them, so it’s easier to understand why they exist during reviews and audits.

How to try it

  • Enable staging when creating a trigger, then review the staged workflows before starting them.
  • (Workflows) filter by Staged and use bulk actions.

Security visibility — clearer drift and non-human identity coverage

Access drift views were expanded and cleaned up so you can review drift with more context and fewer confusing edge cases. Application account views can now surface related RBAC Policy context, making access reviews faster.

Non-Human Identities (NHI)—like bots and service accounts—are also easier to review across more sources, and directory group membership handling is more complete when nested groups are used.

Integrations — more apps with stronger provisioning options

You can now connect and manage more of your stack from YeshID:

  • New/expanded integrations: HubSpot, Zoom, Ramp, and Asana.
  • Improved support for Salesforce provisioning via System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM).

We also improved the connection experience with clearer capability labels and fewer add‑application flow issues. For large Microsoft Teams environments, picking teams and channels now scales better.

Everyday admin UX — smoother filters, selectors, and emails

Several fixes landed to remove friction in common admin workflows. Due Date filtering in task lists is now accurate, filter logic is more reliable, and selection/search controls perform better in larger orgs.

Workflow email tasks are clearer too: admins can send a custom access email even when adding the task to a running workflow, and Google Workspace login guidance now points to accounts.google.com.

Admin tips

  • Start new triggers or RBAC changes in Staged mode first, then bulk-start workflows once the preview looks right.

Availability & rollout notes

  • RBAC Policy and drift features are marked Beta in the product and require the RBAC/Groups experience to be enabled.
  • YeshID’s AI assistant (Rae) is restricted to admin users.

December’s updates are designed to help IT and Security teams keep access accurate with less manual work—while staying in control of when automation runs.
