YeshID IAM platform release notes - February 2026
February and March focused on reducing manual admin work and making workflows, audits, and integrations more reliable. Teams got a new audit campaign experience, broader workflow improvements, and a long list of fixes across tasks, access reviews, RBAC, and provisioning.
Highlights
- Audits v2 introduces a new access review experience with campaign dashboards, certification, remediation, evidence tracking, audit trails, PDF exports, and recurring templates for repeat reviews.
- Rae AI chat can now help admins take action on workflows and tasks from chat, with a confirmation step before changes are applied.
- Workflow management is easier and safer with task activity logs, duplicate onboarding and offboarding warnings, clearer task creation, expandable task errors, and better default sorting in workflow and task views.
- Saved searches are now available on workflows, tasks, and approvals pages, making it easier to reuse and share common views.
- Paylocity is now supported for HRIS employee imports, and more integrations can collect setup details after authentication when needed.
Improvements
- Workflow execution is more reliable: staged workflows are respected, duplicate add or remove access requests are prevented, onboarding and offboarding tasks follow better identity dependencies, parent task context is shown in v2 task lists, and stale reminder emails are suppressed.
- Audit reviews now prefill more decisions from access drift and RBAC data, notify remediators when work is ready, and give remediators better support for verification and evidence uploads.
- Weekly admin emails now support both standard and AI variants in scheduled sends and previews.
- Application visibility controls now let admins hide apps from both Application Request and My Apps, and Okta visibility settings can sync into YeshID.
- Access to released features is now aligned more consistently to plan entitlements, with clearer upgrade messaging inside the app.
Fixes
- RBAC management is more reliable with safer policy enable and disable behavior, support for group principals, clearer creation errors, and cleaner change reviews without duplicate entries.
- Dynamic group previews now avoid empty-filter errors and show matched users more reliably.
- Access Drift reports and related audit decisions are more accurate for restricted apps, app-level drift, sorting, and deactivated users.
- Integration fixes improved SCIM compatibility, Atlassian user removal, trailing-slash handling, hidden setup fields in some prebuilt integrations, masked authorization previews, and missing group sync actions.
- Smaller UX fixes improved login error display, Google data transfer selection, "Won't Do" comment placement, access request deep links, and paging behavior across tables.
Availability
- Audits v2 is labeled beta.
- Saved searches are available to all customers on workflows, tasks, and approvals pages.
- Application workflows are part of the Business package.
