Product and Feature Releases
Beta
Beta products are early releases of potential future products or features. Customers who participate in our Beta program get the chance to test, validate, and share feedback on upcoming functionality. That feedback helps us figure out what's most valuable and where to focus next.
Beta guidelines:
- Participation is optional. Customers choose whether to join.
- YeshID does not make promises on the features, functionality, or performance of Beta products.
- We may change the scope of, or discontinue, any Beta product or feature at any time.
- Beta products and features are provided at no charge.
- Beta products are not covered under existing support contracts or obligations.
- Participation in a Beta program does not entitle customers to discounts on future purchases.
Beta services are covered by Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
Limited Availability
Limited Availability products are close to ready, with some fine-tuning left. This stage lets us work with a smaller group of customers so we can monitor closely, gather feedback, and make adjustments before a broader rollout.
Limited Availability guidelines:
- YeshID may charge Limited Availability customers. Pricing may vary depending on features.
- YeshID does not make promises on the features, functionality, or performance of Limited Availability products.
- Participation does not entitle customers to discounts on future purchases.
- YeshID provides limited product and customer support, along with documentation, for Limited Availability products.
General Availability
General Availability (GA) products are fully released and available to all customers. YeshID manages GA products in accordance with YeshID's terms and conditions.
